Magnesium Flakes

Our Magnesium flakes are an easy refill solution for our DIY Magnesium oil spray but can also be used separately in a bath. Magnesium chloride can be dissolved in bath water, which allows the magnesium to enter the body through the skin and can help promote sleep, help reduce inflammation and relieve muscle tension and cramps, improve circulation, replenish magnesium deficiency, help relieve joint pain and stiffness, headaches, menstrual cramps. And supports bone health and hydrating the skin.

Magnesium Flakes are simply magnesium chloride  which has been heated up then cooled down to create a hard sheet of highly-concentrated magnesium chloride that is then broken into small pieces to create the ‘flakes’. Magnesium chloride is a naturally occurring compound which can be mined from ancient sea beds or in open-water sources like the Dead Sea.
