Dried comfrey leaves have been used for generations for ointments, salves, and bath soaks to aid in the healing of bruises as well as pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures, sprains, strains, and osteoarthritis. And also helps reduce inflammation. Dried comfrey can be used in a variety of ways: infused oils-herbal tea baths-poultice-creams, lotions or salves-herbal soaps.
