🎄 **The Real Story Behind Christmas: The Lie That Glittered**

They told the world it was Christ’s birthday — a season of joy, gifts, and giving.

But behind the lights and ribbons lies an ancient deception older than Rome itself.

Before there was “Christmas,” there was **Nimrod**, **Semiramis**, and **Tammuz** — the unholy trinity of Babylon.

 👑 **The Kingdom of Nimrod**

Nimrod was the great-grandson of Noah — a mighty man before the earth, but not in righteousness.

He built **Babel**, **Nineveh**, and **Assyria** — kingdoms of rebellion against the Most High.

After his death, his wife, **Queen Semiramis**, declared him the **sun god**, reborn as her son **Tammuz**.

She told the people Nimrod’s spirit lived through Tammuz, the child of divine light — and the people bowed.

This was the first mother-and-son god worship.

Centuries later, that same image was renamed **“Mary and baby Jesus.”**

But the story — the symbols — never changed. Only the names did.

 🌲 **The Evergreen Tree: The Idol That Never Died**

When Nimrod was killed, Semiramis claimed that an **evergreen tree** grew overnight from a dead stump — symbolizing Nimrod’s spirit returning to life.

Every year on **his birthday — December 25th** — they placed gifts under that tree to honor his resurrection.

Sound familiar?

The Bible warned us plainly:

“For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.

> They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.”*

This wasn’t a prophecy about “Christmas trees.”

It was a rebuke of the **same ancient custom** — brought back under a new name.

🕯️ **The Pagan Trinity That Became a Holiday**

* **Nimrod** — The “father” and sun god.

* **Semiramis** — The “queen of heaven.”

* **Tammuz** — The “son,” born miraculously, worshiped every winter solstice.

The Babylonians mourned Tammuz’s death every year in the spring —

and the prophet Ezekiel saw it centuries later:

“Then He brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD’s house… and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.”*

The Most High called it **an abomination.**

Today, they call it **Easter.**

The fertility goddess **Ishtar (Astarte)** — another name for Semiramis —

was honored with eggs and rabbits, symbols of reproduction and lust.

And so the same pagan line runs from **Babylon to Rome, to America’s holidays today.**

### ⚖️ **The Verdict**

What the world calls “Christmas spirit” is really the **spirit of Babylon** —

a polished version of sun worship, wrapped in ribbons and hymns.

While the world decks its trees, the Scriptures say:

“Learn not the way of the heathen.”* — **Jeremiah 10:2 (KJV)**

While they sing “peace on earth,” the Word says:

“Friendship with the world is enmity with God.”* — **James 4:4 (KJV)**

The Most High never told us to celebrate His Son’s birth —

He told us to **remember His death** (1 Corinthians 11:26).

That’s Passover, not Christmas.

That’s truth, not tradition.
